With over three decades of experience as a transformational leader in education, I specialize in coaching and consulting for K-12 school-level administrators, district and state executives, higher education professionals, and non-profit leaders. My passion lies in empowering clients through a client-centered approach that establishes trust and confidentiality. Holding a doctorate in educational leadership from Nova Southeastern University, I also contribute to Wallace Foundation mentoring publications and currently consult in equity-centered leadership.
